Return policy and right of withdrawal - Trudi's Pharmacy

1. Return Policy:

Luna Cosmetic, satisfaction with our products is our top priority. However, should you not be completely satisfied, you can return your items under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. There are no restocking fees, and sale items can also be returned.

2. Right of withdrawal:

According to legal regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

3. Refund:

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Please note that we may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
